In compliance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), and in relation to the personal data collected for the purpose of registering Members of the Global Intergovernmental Organization CNU, registered under ATECO Code 99.00.00 nat.giu.54, this Privacy Policy aims to ensure full protection of Members’ personal information.

The data provided during registration as a Member of the Organization will be used exclusively for internal administrative purposes and official communications via institutional email addresses with the domain @u-hn.org.
Personal data will not be disclosed or transmitted to third parties, including individuals, companies, financial institutions, or even other members of the CNU.

The Data Controller is the CNU.
The Secretary-General, acting as the authorized representative, may delegate specific data-handling responsibilities to the Heads of Boards and Committees for the sole purpose of managing institutional activities, in accordance with statutory objectives and the GDPR.

In the event of any data breach or unauthorized use, the Secretary-General shall take all necessary legal actions, in every competent jurisdiction, to safeguard the rights of the Confederated Members.


Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data entered in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it.
