Human Rights
Human Rights are both a branch of law and a philosophical and political concept.
They represent the inalienable rights that belong to every human being by virtue of their humanity.
Among the fundamental rights of the person are:
the right to individual freedom, the right to life, the right to self-determination, the right to a fair trial, the right to a dignified existence, and the right to freedom of religion, including the freedom to change one’s faith.
In more recent legal frameworks, additional rights have been recognized, such as the right to privacy and protection of personal data, and the right to vote.
