Mission
The Health and Integrated Medicine Board of the Confederation of Humanitarian Nations (CNU) is the technical and scientific body responsible for promoting human and environmental health through an integrated, ethical, and multidisciplinary approach.
It works to enhance traditional and complementary medicine, to foster research on the interconnections between health, environment, and society, and to support the training of humanitarian professionals in accordance with international standards and the right to health recognized under Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Purpose
The Board is dedicated to:

Promoting dialogue between conventional medicine and integrative practices, respecting scientific evidence and the medical cultures of all peoples.

Supporting ethical and interdisciplinary research on natural, preventive, and regenerative therapies.

Developing confederal guidelines and protocols for humanitarian intervention in health and social care.

Encouraging continuous education and training for HRD CNU volunteers and operators engaged in public health, education, and prevention.

Collaborating with institutions, universities, health authorities, and international organizations committed to medical sciences, nutrition, and environmental health.

Structure
The Board is composed of:

A President, appointed by the CNU General Secretariat, selected among members with proven experience in medical, scientific, or humanitarian fields.

Regional or National Delegates, responsible for implementing humanitarian health programs at the local level.

A Technical Secretary, responsible for documentation, protocols, and coordination with other CNU Commissions.
