The primary mission of the CNU’s foreign delegations is to observe and safeguard the universal human rights within their respective territories, and to gather information regarding the well-being of the local population.
This mission is carried out through multiple channels, including the development of political, economic, cultural, and scientific relations with other States, as well as active engagement at the international level in the peaceful resolution of disputes.
