You Can Count on Our Support

It is evident that the protection and promotion of human rights largely depend on the systems, mechanisms, and developments established at the national level.
Laws, policies, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms within each country are the key to ensuring the effective enjoyment of human rights.

It is therefore essential that human rights principles be embedded within national constitutional and legal frameworks, that justice professionals receive training on international human rights law and its application, and that violations of human rights be duly condemned and sanctioned.
National standards have a more direct impact, and domestic procedures are often more accessible than regional or international mechanisms.

For this reason, the Office of the Prosecutor of the Confederation of Humanitarian Nations (CNU) has established a team of 27 highly qualified international legal experts, specialized in international law, to assist those seeking to assert or defend their fundamental rights and to protect affected populations.
Through this structure, the CNU is able to act—in accordance with the hierarchy of legal sources—before any competent court or authority, ensuring proper representation and due process.

Thanks to this collaboration, the CNU, operating across multiple regions and jurisdictions worldwide, can prepare, file, and submit legal documentation, petitions, and reports in accordance with the applicable legal frameworks of each country, streamlining both the procedural and analytical phases.

At present, CNU offices providing direct legal and humanitarian assistance are located in:
New York – Rome – Miami – Milan – Cincinnati – Verona – Dayton – Bologna.
