The Secretary-General of the CNU
As of the date of establishment, the Secretary-General of the CNU is Harry TsT Tallarita.
Born in 1974, he began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 21 and has distinguished himself over the years through numerous actions aimed at safeguarding the rights of the Italian population, promoting significant initiatives at both regional and national levels.
Thanks to his efforts, the first law on Bio-Natural Disciplines was enacted, developed alongside Gioacchino Allasia and Fabio Roggiolani (then President of the Health Commission of the Tuscany Region), in response to growing public demand for professionalism and guarantees in this field. Initially approved in Tuscany, the model was later adopted by the Regions of Veneto, Lombardy, and Liguria.
Throughout his career, he worked for the recognition of Free Intellectual Professions, and together with other professionals, co-founded COLAP – the Coordination of Free Professional Associations – becoming one of the main promoters of Law 4/2013, which granted further protection to citizens.
A lifelong advocate for the dignity and protection of the Human Being, he currently directs a high-purpose humanitarian institution, offering free assistance across multiple areas. Over the years, he has faced and overcome major professional and personal challenges, including founding a School of Naturopathy, which has been a European leader in holistic education since 1999, and collaborating with the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Tor Vergata on a Master’s Degree in Natural Medicine in the 2010s.
On a personal level, the early 2000s saw him directly affected by a family member’s leukemia diagnosis. This led him to develop an integrative intervention protocol that complemented chemotherapy with naturopathy, acupuncture, and phytotherapy. Working in close cooperation with oncology tutors, the results were notable and attracted the attention of a renowned research scientist at the Modena Polyclinic, formerly associated with Dr. Di Bella. Since then, he has offered his acquired experience freely, providing support in pediatric hemato-oncology and neuro-oncology, always in full respect of institutional medical authorities and competencies.
More recently, through his humanitarian institution, he has led fundraising campaigns for a young individual in need of highly specialized treatment in the United States, and launched a microeconomic empowerment project in Argentina and Mexico, financing local well-being initiatives for families.
His guiding star has always been the protection of the most vulnerable and the defense of Human Rights. It was this very commitment that led him, in 2020, alongside other international leaders, to found the Confederation of Humanitarian Nations (CNU)—an Intergovernmental Organization devoted to upholding the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, safeguarding minority Peoples, and protecting those who have asserted their Right to Self-Determination, as recognized by the Hague Convention.
He recently took part as a speaker at the OSCE International Conference on Human Trafficking, an issue that continues to affect communities worldwide.
Currently, he is actively engaged in diplomatic relations with several countries considering accession to the Confederation, reinforcing the international voice for the full and effective implementation of Human Rights—rights recognized by many nations, yet still neglected in practice.
