Becoming a Human Rights Defender (HRD) within the Global Intergovernmental Organization – CNU means choosing to act with awareness, integrity, and responsibility to protect human dignity and to promote the universal values enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) and UN Resolution 53/144 (1999).
