  2. STEP 3 – UPLOAD AREA
    Document attesting the administrators of the organization or entity

    In the upload field dedicated to documentation certifying the administrators of the entity, please upload the following according to the type of organization:

    Trust

    The Trustee(s) of a Trust must upload:

    • A statement on the organization’s letterhead

    • Signed by the Trustee(s)

    • Declaring that they are the Trustee(s) of the entity

    • The statement must include at least:

      • Name of the Trust

      • Full name of the Trustee

      • Role (Trustee)

      • Date and signature

    Foundations, Associations, NGOs and other entities

    They must upload:

    • Minutes of the assembly or an official appointment document

    • Showing the appointment as President, Legal Representative, or other administrative role

    • Signed in accordance with the organization’s bylaws

    This documentation is required solely to certify that the person creating the account is authorized to act as an administrator of the entity.
