Operational Framework
All HRD CNU volunteer missions are carried out, whenever possible, in cooperation with national authorities of the countries where emergencies occur.
The primary focus of every intervention remains the human being in need.
Any obstacle or violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) will be addressed by the Confederation’s legal representatives through appropriate legal channels, always ensuring direct dialogue with the affected individual as a rights holder.
The “Friendly Network”
The Friendly Network—composed of companies, associations, entities, and organizations—plays a key role in providing logistical and material support, including equipment, tools, and supplies essential to humanitarian response.
Joining the network does not represent a commercial opportunity; it is an act of solidarity and generosity.
The Confederation firmly rejects any form of profit-making activity based on the suffering or vulnerability of others.
