CNU-CD distinctive signs. They internally identify the representatives formally authorized by the Confederation of Humanitarian Nations (CNU) to perform functions of institutional representation, protocol and international cooperation, within the limits of the mandate granted. They do not constitute a state diplomatic plate, diplomatic accreditation, consular status, immunity, privilege, sovereign prerogative or public function.
